Goods were transported safely. But communication could of been better an offer to āgrab a few more thingsā ended up being a surprise extra $100 at time of payment

As per the websiteās policy, we move the items listed in the booking. Weāre always happy to take one or two extra items at no cost, but when thereās a bit more, we add a small charge to cover the additional time and wages. I really appreciate your understanding, and Iām sorry again for any confusion caused.
