It was a rainy day and the guys were wonderful in moving towels around when delivering my goods to keep the carpets clean. Very considerate.

We hired 4 men and 2 trucks to help us move our entire home contents. The house we moved into had steps down to the property making the move more complex and required endurance from the men. The move took 8 hours and we ended up having more stuff to move on the day than what I listed for the moving quote. TJ was understanding about this.

Amazing movers and was lovely to speak and prepare as much as possible - really made the moving process a lot easier. Thank you guys!!

They are so incredible. I gave them little notice for a wadestown walk-up (50 steps). Best movers in the city. I highly recommend 1000/10. Very reasonable price, extremely professional.

The pre-service and readiness to take on my job with very little notice was amazing, prior communication was great, but I really was not happy with the lack of care that was taken with my belongings!

I found a box marked FRAGILE upside down under other boxes; I asked that the mattresses for our beds be taken upstairs as I was unable to lift them due to my hand being in a cast recovering from hand surgery, and when I came home they were downstairs, and when I asked for heavy items to be taken upstairs to prevent me having to lift them, it seemed as though I was putting them out. My white chest of drawers had been dragged upside down on its top and is severely damaged and scratched, not happy at all.

the team was not chatty, just super professional and got the job done. would have enjoyed more communication about what they wanted/needed from me in terms of what i could do to make things go smoothly
