Did a great job. Pleasant, efficient and professional. The only problem in communication was that I assumed the carrier was going directly to the delivery address after pickup (I should have asked) and I was left feeling concerned as I waited several hours for delivery.

A nice crew. Arrived late for pick up but we’re on time for delivery. Mechanical issues with the truck tail gate lifter ment I had to help out with a lot of the loading. I was disappointed to find multiple items were damaged in transit (scratched art works, gouged and scrapped table tops, fridge for dents etc). Not all of my belongings were able to fit into the truck as had been planned and quoted for. Still had to pay full price and now have to arrange another truck to transport the remaining items.
Not my style to leave a poor review but in this case my experience was pretty bad.

Truck is machinery and anything can happen any time so I had bad luck that day and we delayed cause of that.

Your mentioned items Was 17m3 cube and we delivered around 24m3 cube

The left over items was not mentioned
Can send you photos if required.

We wrapped most things with blankets but the scartches on the table are with liquid stuff are old as we talk about that already via text.

We load the fridge at the last and wrapped with blankets and tied with belts.
But you tried to fit in your bigger items (tools) forcefully might dented that time.

We are professionals doing this every day..

Definitely recommend these guys for their outstanding work. Offered the best cost-effective quote too. These guys are professionals and know what they're doing. Great attitude, motivation, and teamwork - so friendly, polite, efficient and they took really good care of our household items. Moved the entire household items in one trip! Fast workers!
