The booking process was excellent. However, the agreed pick was missed, and I was not informed. After I chased the company, they then mentioned we had not paid ( we had - but if any doubt, why wait until 11th hour??)
So despite having heaps of notice, and a confirmation 2 full weeks prior, I was having to follow up at the last minute.
Once the vehicle was collected, the delivery to site, and communication around the delivery was on point.

Amazing and speedy service - My car was picked up yesterday and arrived in Wellington this morning
They also took extra measure in assuring everything went smoothly.
Only thing lacking was, I was told that they’d pick up my car on Saturday, but on Friday morning they called several times saying they’d pick it up in half an hour to an hour, so I had to rush to get everything ready in the span of half an hour! Would appreciate a better communication next time, but overall great service! ☺️

Wow ! Picked up same day as accepting quote and delivered next morning! Super fast and at a good price. Hopefully get to use again! Auckland to Wellington!

Communication was very poor as the delivery date was delayed by two days, and I wasn't informed until I called after the expected delivery time, but otherwise delivery was pretty great. Can't fault the physical delivery.

Fast and good care of our 3 bedroom house move.

Only issue was we updated our moving address with the Co-Ordinator but the moving team showed up to old address so we thought they were late, our move was in 2 trucks also and the second one didn't arrive at the same time so the unpack was a bit unoptimized.

I had a very positive experience with Express Movers - they transported my car from Auckland to Timaru. The pick up went smoothly and they even accommodated to changing the pick up location given that I was in the process of moving all my things. The drop was quick and efficient and the car arrived in perfect condition.
