My husband and I are not happy. Honestly I would give zero stars if that was an option for professionalism and communication. The guy yelled at me over the phone coz he’s “too busy and driving” either don’t answer the phone while driving or don’t book in so many people if you can’t handle it. We are customers who spent over $3000 on this transportation. Extremely disrespectful.
Salvin your customer service was shocking but we are glad we have our vehicles in chch safe (ish) tad damage on body kit which was expected.

We apologise if you felt we were being rude; we were merely trying to explain the situation.
Please learn from your husband how to communicate effectively. You have been calling us ten times a day, including at night, despite our clear communication regarding the delivery timeframe.
There were no issues after your husband took over communications.
Additionally, that was the same week when there was bad weather, and the ferry service was cancelled from Tuesday to Thursday. We informed you about the ferry delay, but you did not want to hear about it and kept mentioning that we had your high-end cars in our possession and were not communicating well.
You also kept asking for a discount, and we refunded $200.00. You also misled us after booking by not making any payments but insisting on keeping the space on the truck by claiming your grandmother would pay in Christchurch.
Please note that one of your cars is showing as stolen in the police records.

The other two high-end cars were Sass Z and Low 86.
There was no damage whatsoever. Your husband was very pleased and apologised on your behalf.
We appreciate your business of three cars for $3000.00, which is very reasonable. PTS or ASAP would likely charge you $4500.00.
