Communication just dreadful ! Delivery a shambles and added an extra cost which was totally unfair. I just hope car arrived in tact and had been cared for !

We confirmed the date the car would arrive at the Auckland depot, and it did indeed arrive on Friday, 16 August.
We spoke with your daughter, who confirmed she would collect the car. However, two hours later, she called back requesting that we deliver the car to you.
Your daughter agreed to a delivery fee of $150.00.
We delivered the car, and she was pleased upon receipt.
We also applied a discount of $50.00 to the price by charging $100.00 for delivery to Riverhead from our Runciman depot in peak traffic.
Your car was delivered without any damage or issues, except for the misunderstanding regarding the delivery service. Initially, you accepted and requested depot-to-depot service to keep costs down.
All communications were timely, with clear quotes, and we answered more than 10 inquiries before you accepted our quote.
