Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the lamp. When we collected your items, we showed you the lamp already had a visible crack, and you agreed it was fine to take. The items were not properly packed, and we always remind customers that if goods aren’t securely packed, we can’t take responsibility for any damage during transport. Our team carefully covered everything with blankets for the long Wellington–Auckland trip, but fragile items with existing cracks can still worsen.
