Faithway Movers were unable to complete the move 2 days out from the move date and contracted another freighter on my behalf - Domestic Movers. I don't want to write a novel, the upshot is they were terrible.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected mechanical fault with our truck, we were unable to complete your move as planned, something that was completely out of our control.
Rather than cancelling and leaving you without support, we arranged an alternative moving company for you two days in advance at no extra cost, letting you know beforehand.
We do understand your frustration and sincerely apologise that the service you received from the other provider did not meet expectations. We always aim to deliver a high standard of service and appreciate your feedback.
