Fast Freight were a little disorganised and initially confused my moving dates, then the both the pick up and delivery addresses (despite having supplied everything in writing). I asked for an arrival ETA twice in the week leading up to the move and was not replied to. The movers were polite and professional, but seemed really uncertain about what was being moved (despite providing detailed photos as per their request). They spoke very little English which added to confusion. The most frustrating thing was that Fast Freight refused to leave the premises until they had been paid on the spot - peferrably in cash - and were unable to generate an invoice until after this payment was processed - just a really pushy way of doing business which felt off.

Great service from these guys. They were helpful, efficient and very careful with my furniture.

The team made what could have potentially been a horrible task into a straight forward and efficient shift. So thankful for their assistance, especially given it was an terribly hot day and it was an incredibly busy pick up point. I will definitely book their services again.

Overall good service, but the comments I left in regard to items to be collected weren't read and we had to pay an extra $100 on the day for them to take the washing machine and freezer that were on the note attached. Made an already stressful situation even more stressful. I don't believe this was our error and we shouldn't have had to pay this extra $100.
