From the very beginning, Gavin's communication was outstanding. He provided regular updates and was always easy to reach, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the process.

The service itself was above and beyond. Upon collection, we discovered the car's battery was flat. He proactively jump-started the vehicle and took it for a drive to ensure the battery was charged for loading. This kind of initiative and problem-solving was incredibly appreciated.

Furthermore, he provided an estimated delivery date and then delivered the car a week early. The service was convenient door-to-door, and the vehicle arrived in the exact same condition as when it was collected.

What truly set Gavin apart was his flexibility and customer focus. As we were loose on the delivery timing, he informed of his schedule and worked with us to ensure a smooth handover. The regular calls updating us on his location were a wonderful touch.

Gavin of Fr8M8 picked up our Land Rover from our motel and delivered to our place the morning we got back from our holiday. We could not get a rental car to meet our needs for dropping a rental car back in Dunedin City but Gavin's FR8M8 was the answer - we took own own car down and Gavin brought it back for less that what we would have paid for the car rental. Gavin said he was from Dunedin but just happened to be in Albany. One phone call, a pin drop and 30 minutes later and my bike was picked up off the motorway and I carried on to catch my plane. Bloody legend. 100% recommend.
