Fridge had some dings in. Seller of fridge complained they damaged his floor, door and fridge getting it out of his property. They tell owners different stories. I will not use again

Honestly I am so impressed with the communication and the care that was taken to get my chair delivered from Auckland to Wellington.

Just a slight hiccup initially re how goods were being delivered but no big hassle. Recommend for the care of the goods. Thank you

We recently used Freight Transfer Solutions for our move and had a very distressing experience.

Several items were damaged, including our fridge (dented and scraped), multiple cabinets and drawers (broken panels and drawers that no longer close), coffee table, router, skateboard, indoor and outdoor couches (stained and ripped), and even the concrete at the front of our garage, which was very badly damaged by the truck. We are facing several thousand dollars’ worth of damage.

We also personally witnessed the movers drop both a set of drawers and the fridge, causing visible damage.

The conduct of the movers was equally concerning. Three movers arrived with a child, who was seen jumping on our mattresses and dragging them across the truck floor. The team ate lunch at our table and left it dirty with spilled food. Upon arrival at our new property, they refused to move items beyond the garage and instead stood around making phone calls, further delaying an already late move.

Overall, this move caused significant financial loss and emotional stress. We hope the company takes this matter seriously and addresses both the damage and the unacceptable behaviour. We have complained and asked for remedial action and were told we would expect a response in two days, it has now been six days. The lack of respect is outrageous. Do not use this moving company, stay far far away.

Thank you for the safe delivery of our sofa. For future reference someone at your end front footing communication is a must. I had to pursue all the messaging and comms regarding timings, often with different details given depending on the person in contact. This is a bit unnerving when managing expectations of different parties, particularly when purchases are made from trade me or marketplace and you are negotiating peoples home and work life schedules.

Only that was a little confused re moving company. It wasn’t the Wise Move name so I became a little wary when asked for the bank deposit. But they were happy to wait until delivery. The item was shrink wrapped and handled with great care. Many thanks would use again.
