Excellent service, extremely fast and efficient, they had our one bedroom storage packed away and ready to go in like 15mins! The team were very accommodating and punctual given the circumstances, they were gracious in working around our schedule and they had the move done from Levin to Christchurch with no delay. They also offered the best quote price amongst our listings, we could not have asked for better, honestly we wish we got the crew's names so we can personally include them in this review as they were fantastic. Strongly recommend!

We selected Furniture and Freight Distribution Group for our Auckland to Wellington move based on their positive reviews and assurances that they could accommodate all contents of our two-bedroom home.
Prior to the move, we supplied detailed photos and dimensions of our furniture, garage items, electric scooters, artwork and motorcycle. We repeatedly checked that everything would fit and were assured it would.
On moving day, we were unexpectedly told there was insufficient space and that some items would need to be left behind. We later learned another customer's household contents had been loaded into the same truck, something that had never been disclosed to us. As a result, we had to arrange separate transport for our motorcycle at a cost of $400 and personally transport multiple loads of household items to Wellington.
While travelling to Wellington, we were also asked to change our delivery time at very short notice because the movers needed to catch a ferry for another job. To help them out, we accepted a 10pm delivery, which meant unloading late into the night after an eight-hour drive and paying for accommodation we barely used.
To make matters worse, one of our bedside tables arrived damaged.
While the movers themselves were polite, the planning, communication and execution of the move fell well below our expectations. We paid $2,750 for what was supposed to be a full-service move and ended up incurring additional costs, inconvenience and property damage.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not use this company again.

Moved the whole house from Auckland to Queenstown, nothing got broken which was great as we expected to lose a few things. They hadn't read our list properly and didn't expect the Spa which become a real nightmare and meant we ended up having to leave a bunch of stuff in Auckland.

I have taken 1 star off for communication, because I was originally given a message when the removers were 10 minutes from end location. I was at least 45 minutes away and they were able to drop the furniture off then. Brilliant service otherwise - guys doing the moving were fabulous. Would highly recommend 😊👍

We used them for our move from Auckland to Christchurch and were very impressed.

Competitive pricing, clear communication, and extremely efficient. Three movers arrived right on time (early morning before our move-out inspection) and loaded a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in about two hours.

Pamit managed the process and personally drove our belongings down. We ended up needing more space than booked, and he worked with us fairly on the extra space instead of taking advantage of the situation. Nitin and the rest of the team were friendly, careful, and respectful with all our belongings.

Delivery was right on schedule five days later. Nothing damaged, no issues, smooth process throughout.

Very happy with the service and would absolutely use them again.
