As I was in a different city than my furniture it was very hard to remember exactly what I had to be picked up....there was more than I thought, but it most certainly didn't amount to the extra $800 they charged me. But what could I do when they had already loaded it and I was in a different city. There no was care given to my furniture ...none of it was protected by blankets. They dropped several items at the storage unit when unloading....they loaded the trolley too high and it all fell off. I'm yet to see what has been damaged as it's now packed into a storage unit and hard to get to everything to see.

Thank you for your feedback.
Please note that initially you had booked 10-12m3 with us. On the day of the move, it turned out to be 6-7m3 extra. We called you straightaway to discuss the extra charges and you agreed to it. We had to reschedule our other load due to the extra truck space taken.
We also advised you to book a bigger storage as the initial storage wouldn't fit. We wrapped the furniture with blankets and straps.
On delivery, the access was bad and the truck had to be parked 100m away from the storage. We did not charge anything extra for this.
Hence, we apologise for the inconvenience caused however, we did our best to accommodate everything last minute
