I would definitely recommend them. I recently used their services for my house move from a 3-bedroom home to a 5-bedroom home. Although two movers arrived for the appointment, they managed everything efficiently by doing two runs and completed the job exactly as planned.

I had a large number of items and boxes, yet everything was handled with great care and nothing was damaged. They were proactive from the very beginning and maintained that momentum right through to the end.

As I currently have wrist injuries, I wasn’t able to assist much during the move, but they were extremely understanding and never once complained. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress free.

10/10 on every level. Comms from Yakov pre booking was excellent, information was quick and very clear. Over the 7+ days I asked what was perhaps an excessive number of questions but Yakov remained friendly and informative from the very first question, to the last.

On move day I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of care and professionalism from William and Jackson. Move was from Auckland to Ohakune so no small feat, they arrived after a short traffic delay (but had text earlier to advise) and hit the ground running packing everything with great care and consideration - clearly plenty of experience tucked under their belts. Truck was very well presented, clearly maintained to a high standard and they were armed with plenty of blankets and straps.

Entrusted William and Jackson with the keys to the Ohakune property and very basic info re placement - I arrived late that night, well after they had left, expecting to see the usual move day mayhem but again, blown away by their consideration and once again by their experience as they positioned boxes and furniture in places that I hadn't even considered which meant I could hit the ground running for unpacking without having to move everything and could freely walk around the house. I had expected a few breakages on the way (due to the road conditions and works that were happening on their route) but everything arrived in mint condition - mind blown, couldn't have been more impressed, once again, the experience shone through.

100% recommend to anyone looking for great comms, plenty of experience and a high quality service from start to finish.

Yakov is awesome. Very Professional, caring for goods and knows his stuff well. They helped us move a 4 bedroom house from Wellington to Auckland. Did overnight on time delivery and made it a smooth move for us. Highly Recommended!
