William (Tetris master) and Peter did an amazing job of packing everything into the pick up truck. All the gear was transferred to another truck and unfortunately not repacked well resulting in damage to a number of items.

Super simple move. No hassle and super friendly team. Won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Accidentally drove on the lawn…eek…but nice guys, worked so so hard. Only a few things broken, all cheaply made stuff not designed to travel. Kind, considerate people who were lovely to work with. I wish they’d put the boxes in the named rooms but I forgot to label the rooms and I wasn’t at the new house to direct so it was a bit haphazard. Mostly my fault. I listed all my items in the quote, I uploaded photos of every room and we had actually taken a lot of the outdoor items on our own the day before on a trailer however, the truck was too small to fit everything. We ended up doing around 10 trips with the trailer and 5 trips in the car after they left. Also, the original quote said three guys but only two showed up. It was hard for them but that part didn’t really affect us other than taking a bit longer. Overall, I was happy with who showed up but disappointed the truck was too small for the job.

No communication re. pickup and delivery times (I rang company several times but no ETA.) Seller and I waited at home all day. Eventually delivered at approx 10pm at night in pouring rain. Delivery van totally inappropriate/ inadequate (no space) for safely/carefully moving beds, in my case a queen. Nothing like the vehicles shown on the site. One delivery guy not two. Base and mattress forced out through side door ripping base fabric. Thankfully seller enclosed mattress in original plastic cover. Base, however, was soaked. Mud traipsed all over carpet.
In this instance, a thoroughly unprofessional 'backyard' service.

Good team that came to do the work. The office communication at the start is a bit of a challenge bcos they didnt respond to messages at all and can’t confirm the dates until I threatened to cancel the booking

Pathetic communication. Did not show up(3 times) but still blames sender. When someone cant answer his phone at least leave a message. Worst transport experience ever and I work with lots of deliveries/pickups. Instead of excepting responsibility they blame it on the sender who was at home the whole day waiting for them. Man up when its your mistake then it would've been a different outcome

Cheaper than everyone else, but that's an alarm bell and not any advantage. Misleading in every aspect, from what they do, when they'd do it and how it would be done. There was potential for a significant amount of business with wise moves at stake, but they blew it. I can only suggest others to beware

The two man team that moved my furniture were amazing, polite, courteous & offered excellent communication. It was storming & I had anxieties. The guys were super professional & consistently reassured me that despite the rain the move was going to be safe for us & the furniture. The guys certainly delivered on their word, the furniture got to its destination & was unpacked amazingly well. There was an electrician at the site and with suprising ease the team were able to navigate around the tradies work. I would definitely promote Hamilton Movers & use their removal services again. Thank you Hamilton Movers, especially the movers!!

The pick up and delivery of our shipment was fast and efficient. The only negative was that the truck was too large to drive up to the end destination for offloading. Fortunately we were able to pack everything into our van and bring it up in several individual loads! Otherwise we would have been stranded with the cargo on the street. I would recommend to discuss access to the end destination in great detail and find out how large the transport vehicle is. But the boys were hardworking, polite (and grateful for our help with offloading).

I would use these guys again.
