We also offer moving services for areas outside of Waikato, Auckland, and throughout New Zealand.

We have weekly deliveries for Trade Me purchases throughout the North Island, and fortnightly deliveries to anywhere in New Zealand.

We have trucks in various sizes, ranging from 8 cubic meters to 85 cubic meters, to accommodate any size of load, from a single item to a 5-bedroom house.

Terms & Conditions:

Our minimum charge is 1 hour, with subsequent charges billed in 30-minute increments. We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, or internet banking on trucks. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for all credit card payments.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and secure access (driveway, pathway, parking, etc.) to the property. An additional charge of $60.00 per item will apply for any extra-heavy or oversize items, such as pool tables or pianos. Customers must inform us in advance if they have any items of this nature. Conditions apply

Customers must also inform us of any bridges on the way to the property and any weight restrictions on those bridges at the time of booking. If the access is difficult, we may need to use trailers or an extra moving team, incurring additional costs that the customer must cover.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days for hourly price jobs, you will incur a minimum fee of 3 hours. For fixed price jobs, the full amount will be forfeited. If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, half of the above-mentioned fees will be forfeited. Full payment is required upon completion or before, depending on the conditions outlined above. Failure to pay on time will result in a late fee of $100.00 + GST, with additional charges of $500.00 every 24 hours.

Any accounts in default will be referred to third-party debt collectors, and the defaulter will be responsible for all associated costs.

Unless specified, all prices quoted are exclusive of GST and are for 2 men and a truck. All goods are carried at the owner's risk, so please ensure that you have insurance organized. You must organize your own insurance.

The company does not take liability for any broken glass or non-functioning electrical appliances after transit, unless they were factory-packed.

If a second vehicle is used in a small truck or trailer due to limited capacity or weight restrictions on a bridge, the hourly rate will apply, and all additional costs will be charged to the customer, regardless of it being a fixed price or hourly job.

If the service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to delay the customer's booking by up to 2 hours without waiving any fees. If the delay is longer than 2 hours, the customer will be notified, and an agreement will be reached at the company's discretion.

Any misconduct or unacceptable behavior towards our staff members may result in the termination of the customer's booking at the company's discretion.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued to the same bank account from which the payment originated.

Delivery of car from North Is to South. Sadly there was not much communication in regards to the car delivery. I only knew the car was picked up from delivery address from the person at property. I had to ring and message movers to find out that it had been picked up on the Wednesday night as the transaction was put as high because I really needed the vehicle so could possibly expect it on Monday. I called again on the Friday and got through in the afternoon and was able to confirm if my deposit had been received, was also told would receive a call between 5-8pm that night in regards to the delivery/ferry crossing. Never received a call. Rang Monday morning and was told would be delivered Wednesday due to delays- which I understood as it was terrible weather that weekend. Got a text Tuesday at 9pm saying delivery between 12-2pm. Got the call Wednesday in regards to delivery address I had provided. It was a large car park so plenty of room to off load. The car was unloaded 2 blocks over in a small car park behind the 4 square which is abit tight and pokey. I walked over and met the truck driver and picked it up from there.
The people I spoke to were lovely and I am grateful for the service that they provided. I just feel that a little more effort into communication even in the form of a text message could go a long way in keeping clients informed especially when the weekend is approaching and arrangements have to be made to get to the delivery address etc. Thank you.

Accidentally drove on the lawn…eek…but nice guys, worked so so hard. Only a few things broken, all cheaply made stuff not designed to travel. Kind, considerate people who were lovely to work with. I wish they’d put the boxes in the named rooms but I forgot to label the rooms and I wasn’t at the new house to direct so it was a bit haphazard. Mostly my fault. I listed all my items in the quote, I uploaded photos of every room and we had actually taken a lot of the outdoor items on our own the day before on a trailer however, the truck was too small to fit everything. We ended up doing around 10 trips with the trailer and 5 trips in the car after they left. Also, the original quote said three guys but only two showed up. It was hard for them but that part didn’t really affect us other than taking a bit longer. Overall, I was happy with who showed up but disappointed the truck was too small for the job.

No communication re. pickup and delivery times (I rang company several times but no ETA.) Seller and I waited at home all day. Eventually delivered at approx 10pm at night in pouring rain. Delivery van totally inappropriate/ inadequate (no space) for safely/carefully moving beds, in my case a queen. Nothing like the vehicles shown on the site. One delivery guy not two. Base and mattress forced out through side door ripping base fabric. Thankfully seller enclosed mattress in original plastic cover. Base, however, was soaked. Mud traipsed all over carpet.
In this instance, a thoroughly unprofessional 'backyard' service.

Job was booked a day before pickup and we completed it.

Also with times it was evening pickup scheduled and was picked up in evening.

We cannot send our trucks for a queen bed delivery it has to be van , and all our trucks have signage you can check our google profile for that.

Unfortunately the delay was there due to traffic times and we all know Auckland traffic .

We informed via email the ETA clearly , you were just calling to check for your assurance we were not thinking that you are expecting an ETA from us every hour and for that too we have our call line available and everytime your call was answered and you were given information.
