No communication re. pickup and delivery times (I rang company several times but no ETA.) Seller and I waited at home all day. Eventually delivered at approx 10pm at night in pouring rain. Delivery van totally inappropriate/ inadequate (no space) for safely/carefully moving beds, in my case a queen. Nothing like the vehicles shown on the site. One delivery guy not two. Base and mattress forced out through side door ripping base fabric. Thankfully seller enclosed mattress in original plastic cover. Base, however, was soaked. Mud traipsed all over carpet.
In this instance, a thoroughly unprofessional 'backyard' service.

Job was booked a day before pickup and we completed it.
Also with times it was evening pickup scheduled and was picked up in evening.
We cannot send our trucks for a queen bed delivery it has to be van , and all our trucks have signage you can check our google profile for that.
Unfortunately the delay was there due to traffic times and we all know Auckland traffic .
We informed via email the ETA clearly , you were just calling to check for your assurance we were not thinking that you are expecting an ETA from us every hour and for that too we have our call line available and everytime your call was answered and you were given information.
