We provide moving services for outside areas of Waikato, Auckland and over New Zealand Region.

We provide every week deliveries for Trade Me purchases to anywhere in North Island and every fortnight delivery to anywhere in New Zealand.

We have all the truck sizes from 8 cubic meters to 60 cubic meters. So we can cover any size of load between a single item to a 5 bedroom house.



Terms & Conditions:

Our minimum charge is 1 hour, after the first hour we charge every 30 minutes (half of hourly rate/ 30 minutes).Payment is accepted via CASH or EFTPOS or Internet Banking  (on trucks). a 3% surcharge for all credit card payments apply.It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they provide safe and secure access (driveway/pathway/parking/etc) to the property.There will be an extra charge of $60.00 each item for any extra-heavy/oversize items such as Pool table, Piano etc. It is customer's responsibility to let us know in advance if they have any items of such nature.It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they provide safe and secure access (driveway/pathway/parking/etc.) to the property. If there are any bridges on the way, customer should inform us of any weight restrictions on that bridge at the time of booking.If the access is bad, we may need to shift items using trailers or by adding an extra moving team and it would incur additional cost which needs to be borne by customer. If you cancel within 7 days of your booking for hourly price jobs minimum 3 hours of fee will be incurred and for fixed price jobs the full amount will be forfeited . If you cancel within 14 days of your booking then half of the above mentioned will be forfeited. Full payment required on completion or before depending upon the condition mentioned above. If not, late fee of $100.00 +  GST applies and will continue to be charged every 24 hrs (capping at @ $500.00).All defaulting accounts will be referred to third-party debt collectors at defaulter’s expense.
Unless specified above prices are exclusive of GST and are quoted for 2 guys + truck.All goods are carried at Owner's Risk only please have your insurance organized. Please organize your own insurance.Should any glass item break unless factory packed or electrical appliances fail to operate after transit, the company does not take any liability.If any bridge has limited capacity or has weight restriction and a second vehicle is used in a small truck/trailer the hourly rate will apply and all the additional cost incurred in this will be charged to the customer regardless of it being a fixed price or hourly job.If the service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the company withholds the right to delay the customer’s booking by 2 hours without waiving any fees. Should the service be delayed more than 2 hours, the customer will be notified and will come to an agreement at the company’s discretion.Misconduct and unacceptable behavior with any staff member(s) may result in the customer’s booking being terminated, at the company’s discretion.Any sort of refunds if done they will be strictly done in the same bank account where it came from.

They were very poor with communication and professionalism. They also wanted the full payment done online on the day prior to picking the furniture. The supervisor told the boys who were picking the furniture to stop work till the payment confirmation is recieved of full payment and was very rude. He didn't even take into consideration that a 60% deposit was ready made days ago to confirm the job. He was demanding the full amount paid.
My furnitures were very poorly handled. The guys were smoking around my furniture which wasn't very professional of them.
Wonldnt recommend this Company to anyone.

Not the worse I’ve used, could have done better , customer service skills not the best. Packers were on time and very quick loading. A few things slightly damaged but not worth claiming on insurance. Unpacked truck with good speed, both were great help as some boxes were moved twice.
Unfortunately been asked about payment every 5 - 10mins by the driver was rather annoying. Mix up on when I should pay, I may be been at fault, not sure, but had to send daughter about 30min drive each way to get bank transfer done in-line. So it took away, but what did they think I was going to do? They had everything we owned.

Carrier change the times quite frequently causing a bit of stress on both pick up and delivery. Drivers were different upon delivery and was in such a rush that everything was dangerously stacked and some items could not fit that we had to get friends to help us the next day to rearrange everything properly.

Pros is that they still came on the day they said they would and deliver on the day they said they would as well even though very late.

Friendly team. Confusing communication initially when making booking. First set of drawers was lost off trolley face down with everything falling out even though I suggested taping draws shut. Thankfully nothing broken. Paid for 4 hours. 3 and a quarter hours in we were finished and I asked for 3 heavyish items to be moved and got comments about the time and made to feel I was asking for extra - they did it though. One of the guys swore a lot while trying to pack stuff into truck. Overall, the job got done satisfactorily. It was lucky they were late in the end but I had to chase them up to know where they were. Having said all that, I would use them again.

Had arranged by phone to be contacted 30min prior to turning up so I could travel to premises, this didn't happen. I was also told it would be between 10am & 3pm, they turned up just after 9am. Some scrapes along front of piano.
