Overall the service provided was good, however it was disappointing that our cabinet was collected and delivered much later than specified. It was dark by the time the cabinet was delivered.

Second timing using JA Movers. Always excellent service and communication.

JA Movers did a great job, and kept me informed about the progress of my delivery. There was a delay, but I was informed about it, and the delivery was rescheduled for a different day. It arrived right on time, as I had been advised. The delivery driver was helpful in assisting me to get the large, heavy item down to my house. I recommend JA Movers for a good job at a great price.

Professional and good communication

Disappointed when we found two items with damaged. They did take $100 off which was good of him. The organiser was great to deal with, efficient a communication was great.

Looking at the other comments, it was perhaps just a bad day for his movers.
