I understand that it was Christmas time, however it was collected on the 12/12 (a week after they accepted the job) with a label and listing stating the delivery instructions that was ignored. Instructions clearly stated drop off only between MON-FRI 8am-3pm. When they called in that weekend saying the place was closed, I reminded them of the instructions. They said they would deliver on the Monday 15/12. When I requested Info from the place it was going on the 22nd, they said it still hadn't been delivered and the driver said they were closed all week. I asked what time they were going and they said after 5pm. Again, the instructions stated between 8am and 3pm. Then the receiving business was closed til the 12/01/26. If they had read the delivery instructions to began with, I would not be out of pocket for weekly payments and late fee's. It would have been cheaper and more efficient going through NZ Post. I will never use wise or this business again. Its useless.
