Minor damage to the back panel of the refrigerator covering the heat dissipation mechanism, fortunately no effect on the functioning of the fridge. Otherwise great service. Called promptly to let me know the delivery would be delayed by about an hour after a flat tyre. Pickup was at the planned time. Would be happy to use again if needed.
