Easy move and very friendly movers. Be sure to include all furniture that you want moved when requesting your quote as they quote on items and not on time. They brought along 5 movers and 2 vans and the job was done much more quickly than I had anticipated! Highly recommend Jem Deliveries

Some customers are never happy. We communicated that we were running late, we took alot of extra items, we wrapped there goods with blankets. I guess if you don't do what the customers wants you get a bad review.

I can’t speak highly enough about the team at Jem Deliveries. I don’t think I have experienced that level of customer service in a very long time. It wasn’t just service it was customer care. Without going into details let’s just say I had a complicated stressful move but Mel and the team went out of their way to cater for me. I strongly recommend this team and would definitely use again and again.

Booking time was between 8am and 12 pm online. Kay rung me at 10 am and asked where we were. I told her we will be there before 11. She asked us to hurry up as she is waiting. We rushed over by 1030 am . Kay said she had booked us in for 930 am which I have no written proof off or was aware of. Wish we could write feed back on some of the customers that give us bad feed back for no reason.
