Unfortunately, I need to mention that one of the car seats I had transported arrived with damage at the mounting point under the seat — the metal frame was clearly bent. I am confident this happened during transport, as I personally placed the seats in perfect condition at the pickup location, and no one else handled them until delivery. It seems likely the seat was either dragged or dropped.
I contacted the courier guy after delivery when I noticed the damage, but they denied any responsibility. Fortunately, I was able to get it repaired by a mechanic afterward. Still, I was disappointed that the damage was neither acknowledged nor taken seriously.

I again retaliate that this was not done by us. We have photos before pickup and wont admit fault. I do understand you are not happy, but this is not our fault. This was done when it was taken out from your car - i don't know who but we only picked that up from a garage not take them out.
