The mattress was successfully moved to the second floor. However, the bed base could not be safely taken upstairs because there was insufficient space in the stairwell. The bed base has sharp edges, and attempting to force it through was causing damage to the walls. The landlord was present and was clearly unhappy when the walls were being marked, so we made the professional decision to stop rather than risk causing further damage to your property.

Our priority is always to move items safely while avoiding damage to our customers’ belongings and their property. We understand this was frustrating, but we could not safely complete the move without creating a significant risk of damage.
