We were given a reasonable quote for a relatively small move, and communication over the Wise Move app went well. Plus, they were able to accommodate our schedule pretty easily and without any hassle.
However, I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone using the phone numbers listed on their profile, and there was some miscommunication around when the move was actually scheduled. The moving team arrived hours before the scheduled time and caught us in an unprepared state. When we asked them to come back at the agreed-upon time, they said they couldn't. Because of this, we had to haphazardly get everything together and weren't able to calmly make sure we had actually packed all the items we needed to.
On the plus side, everything else happened on schedule with no delays. They even accommodated picking up an extra item from a different location. The person on the Wise Move app apologized for the miscommunication, checked back later to see if everything went okay, and handled our items with care. They were very helpful in moving things to and from the property.
Overall, we got a lot of help, and the move happened really quickly and efficiently.
