Some timing issues - it's not clear if they missed or were unable to meet my preference for a morning time, and then were delayed 2 hours past the original time they said they would be here. The crew also didn't seem clear on the details - i.e. that it was a two-way trip to/from a storage unit.

Once here though the actual moving of stuff was done quickly and professionally.

Great communication from beginning to the end. Very nice and hard working guys, handled everything with care. Can highly recommend.

Great job by these guys. On time, quick, easy, dealt with some tricky manoeuvres in their stride and made sure I was happy with how to proceed when things didn’t fit into the house. Would happily use these guys again.
Could have given slightly more notice of expected arrival time but they still let me know the day before so was easy enough to manage.

Kiwi Moving and Storage were outstanding. The actual moving was spot on - a difficult and heavy safe up multiple stairs that needed to be wiggled into the right place - and they did it really well.

What made them outstanding was their communication and care. They were genuinely interested in getting it right. They even handled a grumpy neighbour with professionalism.

I can’t recommend these guys enough.
