I appreciate the effort that went into the move, but I’d like to share some feedback regarding the handling of my leather couch.
This was a heavy and valuable item, and unfortunately it wasn’t handled with the level of care I had hoped for. During the move, the couch was scraped along a fence, and at one point it was placed sideways on the ground. Although a blanket had been laid down, the couch wasn’t fully positioned on it and part of the leather came into contact with the concrete.
I also noticed that straps were placed directly onto the leather without protection. I had to request that padding be added, even though there were moving blankets available on the truck that could have been used from the start.
Considering how easily leather can scratch, this was quite disappointing. I understand that moving large items can be challenging, but a bit more attention to protecting delicate surfaces would have made a big difference.
Overall, while I’m grateful the job was completed, this experience has made me hesitant to choose this company again.

This situation is very disappointing. There was a lot of false information given to us.The sofa was well over 150 kg and the gate was very tight. You asked us to lift it over the fence. This raises serious health and safety concerns.
There were also issues on the delivery side. You mentioned that you would be there, but you were not.
Anyway, thank you for your response and the review. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be booking any of your work in the future.

The move went well except there was a mistake on the job sheet where the delivery address was wrong. Luckily I went to the pick up address to meet the movers and caught the error before it became an issue. Otherwise very happy, thanks!
