Easy service and far better value than most quotes also

My first experience was good which is why I asked for your services again, however this time was very disappointing.
In the initial completing of the pick up and drop off dates I requested a certain date, that was not met which is ok but it would be courtesy to at least ask if another time is ok instead I was told they are coming to pick the items up on a date I can't be available.
Then with the delivery I requested a 3 day period when I would be around to receive the items but again this was not met instead I was told it would be delivered at times not suitable as would be at work, so I asked for delivery for a Saturday morning which I was told no problem.
Then out of the blue the delivery person calls me to say they will delivery it that night in 45 minutes, luckily I was available but then they went to the wrong address and called me again.
Initially I gave delivery instructions as finding the address for the first time can be confusing but no one seemed to read them hence they went to the wrong address.
Finally they arrived but that night was raining and I had to meet the delivery in the rain and at night.
This is for whoever operates this business to improve every part of their service which I would rate mediocre at best.
Not to mention the details for payment was only sent to me a day after I received the items, it was only paid prior to delivery because I had used this service before which is why I saved the details.
A lot of improvement is recommended.

Great service and very reasonable cost. Pick up was only given 40 mins notice which was a bit of a surprise, but other than that everything was really smooth and easy. Thanks heaps.

Great job by guys in Wellington who had a challenge getting the desk round the corners of the internal stairs, they were great.
All in all a smooth operation. Would certainly use this process again

That was a wonderful pick up service so far, the driver came on time even the weather was bad. He found a best place to park the truck which was not block the traffic in a narrow street. Car deliveried in the second which as promised. Highly recommond.

Delivery worked for me. Bit on the expensive side but I guess that was what it costs. It was good to get the move done.

Paul had excellent communication and subcontracted the Auckland delivery who were again very good.
