Heartbroken & disappointed by this company. Poor communication & never arrived when they said they would. Then when the truck with my car did arrive, the driver either couldn't speak or understand English or just didn't want to listen to advise & park on a slope. He then didn't check the car handbrake or that it was in gear so when the second strop was half undone the car rolled off the truck, across the car park, over the curve, down a bank & hit a fence. Causing thousands of dollars of damage & 3 months being fixed instead of being on the road and enjoyed. I asked for half my delivery fee back, but NO, in fact I haven't heard from the company since the evening this all took place, very un-professional.

We would like to clarify that throughout the transport, we remained in regular contact with you and provided updates on your vehicle’s location and estimated delivery time.
At the time of loading, the vehicle’s handbrake was functioning correctly. However, during unloading, it unfortunately failed, which contributed to the incident. As soon as our driver informed us, we contacted you immediately to explain the situation.
We took full responsibility for what happened and ensured that all repairs and damages were covered and completed. This was not an intentional act, but rather an unfortunate and unusual situation.
While incidents like this are extremely rare given the volume of vehicles we transport each week, we did not step away from our responsibility and worked to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
We are therefore surprised to see this review several months later, especially after the repairs and associated costs were fully handled.
That said, we do regret that your experience left you feeling this way and wish you all the best going forward.
