Terrible. From the moment they arrived with about 5 blankets to ‘protect’ your goods, alarm bells were ringing. Dragging furniture along the ground, leaving couches in the rain, dropping boxes marked ‘fragile’, scratching walls and furniture. I rang the owner (Paul aka Pawandeepsingh Kahlon) to complain after about an hour and he passed my concerns onto the packers (2 men). Packing continued in a haphazard and rough manner.
On arrival at destination in the South Island truck was unloaded quickly and then they left. It was then that I discovered the extent of the damage:
Broken lamp
Furniture with multiple scratches and gouges
A lawnmower with mysteriously missing oil cap
A lounge suite covered in oil stains (which the movers never mentioned when unloading)
3 large, zipped up plastic bags all with mysteriously large quantities of engine oil inside, ruining multiple bedding items, duvets and electric blankets
The lounge suite is ruined, all up about 6k worth of damage
All I have been offered is $500 to ‘clean’ a ruined lounge suite, despite ‘Paul’ admitting that placing a lawnmower on top of a lounge suite was their ‘mistake’
It apparently ‘moved’ during transit, the oil cap came off, and it then leaked all over a lounge suite and into three separate, zipped up plastic bags.
I have been told by ‘Paul’ that accidents happen and that damage to goods is to be expected on moves such as this.
All this from a company that advertises itself as a ‘professional moving company’ that takes great pride in how it cares for and handles your goods.
Absolutely abysmal.

We cant understand you started having isssues from the moment we arrived and there are always over 20 blankets in each of over trucks, they cant drag furniture from the stairs and that is never happened except getting your bed downstairs which was unable to be picked to bring it down from narrow place.
Nothing goes "mysteriously" missing as no one has anything personal against anyone here, your lid of the lawn mower was too loose as mentioned and we never prefer to transport liquid as it does spell sometimes if its not packed properly.
Packing was your responsibility not movers unless its asked for right in the beginning.
Yes we offered to compensate you to get it cleaned but YOUR DEMAND is to get $4000 for a new couch, Clearly showing your way for getting your moving cost covered from a mover itself.
Its unfair if a mover accepting a mistake and you are threatening and harrasing them.
