I had a mixed experience with Load Carrier. The delivery date was changed by a week on the day of pickup, leaving me no choice but to agree to the new schedule. While they did reduce the price by $200, the delay caused me significant inconvenience.

When my vehicle was finally delivered, I found used men’s underwear, socks, a t-shirt, shorts, an empty beer can, and a sunglass case inside. I immediately informed the owner, who said it was impossible and that he would check,but I haven’t received any response since.

delivery was completed and wardrobe was delivered in good condition - however communication wasn’t great. I had booked for pick up in mid november - without warning a delivery truck showed up on a random evening in october, thankfully my flatmates were home to ensure the wardrobe could be picked up. Afterwards I sent a message via the wise move site to inquire about delivery date at the other end, no reply was ever made - but they did contact my father who was collecting it at the other end on the day of delivery . I also requested two people be available for pickup as wardrobe was heavy, one showed up for both pick up and drop off and had to borrow a trolley to move the wardrobe into the truck. Overall a good service but communication needs to be streamlined.

I was super anxious about sorting the delivery of our new car but Load Carrier was amazing! Great communication between services and all else involved. Will use in the future. Thankyou!

Overall very satisfied with the teams care and attention.

The team at Load Carrier did a fantastic job of relocating our 4 bedroom house from Auckland to Christchurch. They were friendly and professional, and they were very careful with our items and within the houses. They wrapped the items up for protection and although I underestimated the storage size, they fitted everything in like a complex jigsaw to try and reduce the amount of additional space we needed to pay for. It was pretty impressive. You can certainly trust them to do the big moves if needed, and I highly recommend them. Thanks team.

Agreed to change pickup and delivery date by both parties, but wasn't delivered in the agreed date. I faced lot of trouble because of not getting my car in agreed time.
