I was initially worried as the access to my new place is tricky (typical hillside Wgtn property). From the outset Unesu was straight up, super friendly and approachable in his communication. He assured me of their experience of such acesses and even mentioned he would drive by the day before to check it out. That is a professional who plans ahead. Turns out he had moved someone there before. All communication was consistently timely, prompt, clear and transparent. On the day Unesu gave a heads up they would be a few minutes late, which was fine and the comms appreciated. He and his team were also super friendly, approachable, and very professional in their manner and checking in often - which was awesome and reassuring. They worked hard and did a wonderful job taking good care of my things with protection of my items whilst moving, loading, packing and then unloading and moving up to the house. I highly recommend Unesu and his team at Loyce Josphat Movers!

Highly recommend this team! Unesu and his colleague did an outstanding job. Despite working in pouring rain, they went above and beyond to ensure all of our belongings stayed dry and were carefully packed, transported, and delivered.

They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and handled some seriously heavy items with ease, including a 300kg crate, a huge 700-litre freezer, a car engine, along with heavy boxes and all of our furniture.

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Gentle, thoughtful, cheerful, great problem solvers - a complete delight to have around on moving day.
