This was a total nightmare of a move, from claiming truck had broken down to two legs snapped off dining table and a further leg almost off, 2 missing chunks out of a brand new bedroom suite, 2 new hardshell suitcases ruined, one was dented and scratched an another stuffed so full with clothes that the it was wrapped in black plastic, the zip is busted. I was expecting a hanging carton for clothes and instead they were shoved into 2 suitcases and across various boxes. Multiple boxes unlabelled or mislabelled, e.g. a box labelled master lamps has jellies, packet soups and easiyo sachets, another labelled books office contained 2 lamp bases with cords wrapped tightly around them and the bulbs rolling about in the bottom of the carton, liquid put into boxes on their sides, and they leaked through the contents of boxes x 3. I would never ever use these people again and would never recommend them. I had to chase them for information to find out what was happening, and it just was not good enough. Everything has been catalogued, documented and photographed and will be pursued.

Communications were pretty poor until i started communicating with Paula from Mainland directly then it was perfect.

Communication is so important and completely lacking with this carrier. It is evident there is no co-ordination between the booking office and the driver. I was left wondering when they would arrive and then when they would deliver. The price was OK but the service was not good. I would go so far as to say, don't use this carrier unless it doesn't matter when the goods arrive at their destination. I'm happy to say the goods did arrive but it took over a month to get there.

While I'm not happy with the service I won't be too hard on a review. They could do with a bit of focus on customer service.

Multiple phone calls from myself for updates as the delivery date kept slipping out and very few responses. I'm happy with the bike arriving undamaged but the commination was poor unfortunately.

Shit service, no communication, cover turned up destroyed drivers denied they knew anything about it have sent before and after photos with no reply

Car arrived damaged underneath.
Factory stock unlowered car.
Pics day of loading and on the arrival trailer prove their fault. Clear cut.
I expect professionals to load their transporter without damaging the vehicle.
$500 insurance excess right there.
Ending up being expensive, slow, and hassle of repair.
You can't trust them to not damage your car, use someone else.
Beware, this is a shell trading name, designed to hide the individuals from accountability

The office staff were very helpful.
However when the vehicle was dropped off the person delivering it demanded the remaining amount outstanding for shifting the vehicle in cash.
He got very demanding. We did not pay him and paid the outstanding amount into the provided account.
This was not a nice experience.
