Communication was not great once we had confirmed the booking and made payment. Had to follow up with multiple times to get an actual delivery date and time.

On the day of delivery the timing changed multiple times which was frustrating.

We had 2 cars transported and they both arrived separately on car trailers.

The guys that picked them up and delivered were all good.

Communication can be better and faster. Drivers were on time and very fast, took 6 days for my car to arrive from Christchurch to Auckland. Car was in great condition but upon pick up, driver scratched my car getting it on the ramp but managed to fix and remove the scratch when it got to Auckland. Company just need better equipment to transport car to avoid these situation but overall happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

Communication before pickup was excellent. On loading the car onto a rental trailer that was probably not quite suitable for the car one of the brand new wheels were damaged (only reported to me by the previous owner who sent me pictures that were forwarded to Mainland). After that there was zero communication. Delivery was fast though...but I would expect more professionalism and responsibility for damage caused by the carrier, especially at the price paid.
Doubt I would use them again or recommend based on that

This took FAR too long to transport. Had I know it would take 2.5 weeks to deliver - I wouod have paid slightly more to get it sooner.

amazing fast delivery. thankyou mainland freight for keeping me well informed with delivery of my caravan.

It would have been great to have communication confirming that the goods had been picked successfully and were in route. Also an estimated time of delivery would have been great more than just an hour before. Other than that great value and goods were well looked after.

Keep it up the Good Service, Good and Fast. Nice People as well.

Happy the speed the goods got here. But the service interesting. I was told it would be here the 4th, on the 3rd I messaged 3 times to find out what time they would be arriving roughly to ensure I am at the delivery location to then find out it was the 5th which is fine but would have been nice to be told. When the delivery truck turned up they did give me a 30 minute notice which was great, I met them and was ignored, then given the shortest response which again is fine, but not great. Over all happy the speed the products arrived and the cost but the communication online and in person could be a lot better.

Communication could be better had to keep chasing them to receive the information about pick up and delivery dates after it was late. Then finding out the keys had been forgotten and was told I would see them the next day in the courier and I'm still waiting...
