Some furnitures have terrible scratches and have broken some of our stuff. Our bed had some stains and dirt when we received it. Not happy with the service. We had deal with some better movers before. I won’t recommend this one.

I hired a transporter and a guy turned up with a. Ute and trailer . So unprofessional if I had known I would have just taken it myself

Also loaded my car backwards onto car trailer

All in all car was delivered without issue

Zero communication!- vehicle was damaged in transit.. was informed that the vehicle will be transported via truck and was then delivered via a van and Trailor- after calling the company they said the car was stuck in wellington after the "truck" broke down.. then the car was delivered on the same trailer that the car was picked up on in Auckland.. communication could have been better on this one.

Two people were needed to collect and drop off these items, or at least 1 person with the expertise to move the items.
The driver was not very competent with the use of his trailer.

Greatest value for money, if you're not in a hurry! I was not in a hurry so they did it when it suited them, which was fine by me as I was able to get the lowest cost (and door-to-door) option to move my car from Nightcaps to Christchurch. I did not receive any updates, just same-day texts for pickup and dropoff times. No damage occurred, great service, would use again!

They were great, but as the car didn't make the expected 'Ferry crossing (due to no fault of their own),it would have been nice of them to give us a call to let us know. After phoning them and telling them we really needed the car by the end of the following week, it arrived on a Thursday, so we were thrilled

Communication was not great once we had confirmed the booking and made payment. Had to follow up with multiple times to get an actual delivery date and time.

On the day of delivery the timing changed multiple times which was frustrating.

We had 2 cars transported and they both arrived separately on car trailers.

The guys that picked them up and delivered were all good.

Communication can be better and faster. Drivers were on time and very fast, took 6 days for my car to arrive from Christchurch to Auckland. Car was in great condition but upon pick up, driver scratched my car getting it on the ramp but managed to fix and remove the scratch when it got to Auckland. Company just need better equipment to transport car to avoid these situation but overall happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

Communication before pickup was excellent. On loading the car onto a rental trailer that was probably not quite suitable for the car one of the brand new wheels were damaged (only reported to me by the previous owner who sent me pictures that were forwarded to Mainland). After that there was zero communication. Delivery was fast though...but I would expect more professionalism and responsibility for damage caused by the carrier, especially at the price paid.
Doubt I would use them again or recommend based on that

This took FAR too long to transport. Had I know it would take 2.5 weeks to deliver - I wouod have paid slightly more to get it sooner.
