Felt really unprofessional. My belongings were put along a public pathway where moisture, dirt could easily have been transferred. Not to mention blocked accessibility for members of the public. One of the movers kept saying stuff like "I'd have just got a car and trailer".
In my quote I requested disconnection and reconnection for washing machine, they did disconnect albeit haphazardly and grabbed it by the barrel inside when moving. At the other end was told "we don't do disconnections or reconnections" so they just left it there for us to do. My fridge freezer was carried upside down from my old property which you absolutely should never do.
The whole job took 2 hours, I was penalized $100 above the quoted price for having 15 extra boxes. Even though it all fit in the truck.
Definitely would not recommend these guys.
Stick to a company that charges you by the hour.

Brilliant service! They showed up within the window I was given and got straight to work. Everything was loaded and unloaded within about an hour. I had a bit more stuff than was quoted and they took it all with no worries. They also helped me move stuff from my car which wasn’t included in the booking. Overall super fast, friendly and diligent! Highly recommend 🙂
