Disappointing and unprofessional
Unfortunately, our experience with this moving company was very disappointing.
Three items were damaged during the move, and we were not told about the damage. I only discovered it after the movers had left.
They said i had added to the inventory list ( which i hadn't) and left a number of our belongings behind because they said they did not have room. I can understand the four outdoor chairs being left, as I had mistakenly thought they were folding chairs, but there were other items left behind as well. If the company needed more information or measurements of larger items to accurately quote and plan the move, this should have been requested beforehand.
One of the movers was also noticeably grumpy about the hill and stairs at the property, despite these being clearly mentioned when I originally requested the quote. It felt as though this came as a surprise to them, when it shouldn't have.
Overall, the lack of communication, damage to our belongings, and failure to move everything that had been discussed made this a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not use this company again or recommend them.

Make My Move are amazing! 10000/10 would recommend to anyone. I booked them to help my dad move and they made it so easy and were so kind. It was a really difficult road and stairway to deal with but they made it look easy and also agreed to help my dad to the tip with some other things he hadn’t sorted. They made what could have been a very stressful day stress free. Thank you! I would absolutely book them again.
