While communication was prompt and the price was reasonable, unfortunately, he did not follow our instructions. We had specifically asked him to wait at the destination so we could help move the mattress into the house, but he unloaded it on his own. This may have caused some damage to the mattress springs. Additionally, his manner wasn’t particularly friendly, which made the experience less pleasant overall.
