Your bike will be looked after inside our late model van. and your boat, caravan, or trailer, will be towed with care to your destination. Thank you for rating our service. However we completely disagree with your rating of 6 for Communication and 8 for Professionalism. You accepted the job on Tuesday 8th April which we acknowledged via message on Wisemove messages and advised we would email thru an invoice and liase with the pickup person directly which we did and arranged for collection from Auckland on Thursday 10th April, we have then texted you to advise delivery to you in Christchurch would be on Monday 14th April at 11am which again was achieved. We have then called you to discuss the ratings as we are generally 10/10 and feedback is very important and which you have said you were very happy with the service but the ratings definitely don't reflect this so we are quite baffled as to how we could of improved our service Cheers Russ & Rach
