I couldn’t be more impressed with the movers we used today. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, calm, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with real care and respect, nothing was rushed, damaged, or treated casually.

What really stood out was their attitude. Moving days are stressful, but they brought such a positive, can-do energy that it genuinely made the whole experience easier. They communicated clearly, worked hard the entire time, and went above and beyond without being asked.

If you’re looking for movers you can truly trust with your belongings and your peace of mind, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely excellent service from start to finish.

Yes. The team were very respectful, nothing broken and I packed breakables like a true amateur too. I was very happy with the price, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them. I rated them highly on professionalism, they were so friendly and good natured and they worked so hard.

This was for a standard four bedroom house content's move.

The guys were good from the perspective of them being hard working and good at communication. They underestimated the job though - assumed it would take 6 hours but it took ~9 hours. This meant they had to come back another day to complete the job. The 9 hours could have been longer.

More detail: we clearly stated that the job included unassembling and reassembly of the beds but I ended up doing it. I also took off the railing in the new place to be able to fit the stuff going upstairs. Both of these were done by me to try save time.

They had challenges with the fridge as it was heavy and didn't have the expertise to remove the fridge doors so we ended up getting someone else to do it.

We had a concern regarding insurance. Initially they said they had insurance, but during the move they scratched our walls and when prompted about their insurance at the time they said they don't have insurance. Then said it's not their responsibility and the risk is on us so they're not willing to use their insurance.

Another positive: we also used their cleaning services for the old place, and they did a very good job with that.

Top quality professional service. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Overall they were good and the location of pick up was not easy. Their downfall was continuously having to be told what was being taken at the pick up point, and the damage caused. I clearly said what was being take and what wasn't on arrival, but as they kept forgetting there were things not put into the truck properly as they forgot to leave space for it. There were all put on the inventory.
There are deep gouges on my one of my lowboys which cannot be fixed which has really upset me due to only buying them 3 months ago. I also suspect they know that they caused this damage when loading as they didn't wrap the first when they took it to the truck, but did so with the second.
A few boxes clearly marked fragile with the list of contents were put upside down. I don't know if they put them upside down in the truck, or just at delivery. I was lucky no sentimental contents in a couple of the boxes had broken, but one of the boxes contained food in glass jars and containers. Again this was clearly labelled and there is no excuse for them being put upside down. Because of this a full container of protein powder (RRP $100) cracked open and the entire contents spread throughout the box. It was when I discovered this box I was able to piece together why they had used the vacuum cleaner and it was to remove the evidence of the power spilling out over the floor. They failed to think that they had put the box the wrong way or inform me about it. Yes I packed all my boxes, but I also make sure to clearly label everything as well as ensure all gaps inside the boxes are filled with packing paper, bubble wrap and linen to ensure there is limited movement and risk during transit. This obviously doesn't help much when the boxes are tipped upside down. I also paid them an extra $40 due to the horrible access at the first property. Something I know not to do now because you don't know what you will find when unpacking. As said, generally good, but lack of care and integrity which is something I expect most from movers.

Daljit & his helper were amazing! Super fast communication, agreed to everything shown to move, moved with care and really overall just took good care of our 4 bedroom items. Not to mention, they were so fast to load and unload despite having to take apart couch legs to fit through narrow door, they didn’t complain and just got everything done.

I had an exceptional experience with MOVING EASY LIMITED .They were respectful, reliable, and incredibly efficient during my move, even in challenging weather conditions. Despite the heavy rain, the team worked tirelessly, utilising blankets and mats to ensure safety and prevent any slips. They managed to get all of my belongings into the home safely and placed everything exactly where it belonged.

Unfortunately, I won't be using Easy Movers again. Even though they were good at what they did. They were extremely overpriced. A move that I was quoted for ended up being 4x the quoted price, including the cleaning. Who's got $1600 just lying around after moving into a new rental? Was verbally quoted $250 for the cleaning if I use them for both, ended up being $350; this does not even include the carpets, just a normal clean. First time I used movers and learned my lesson.

Move Easy were excellent when helping us move some furniture up north. They arrived on time, took great care of our belongings, and were lovely to deal with throughout the move.

The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The carrier maintained excellent communication throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. They arrived right on time and handled my goods with great care — everything arrived in perfect condition. Very professional and courteous team. Highly recommended!

Amazing guys did everything as aligned just a little nick on one of furniture otherwise everything was in perfect condition and handled with care

The date/time got changed twice but was communicated in advance. On the day, the movers were punctual and took good care wrapping the almirah and shifting the big standing desk with care.
Good tough job got done!
