thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. It's disappointing to learn that our service did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the courtesy and efficiency of our team.

We like to bring in your kind attention that your moving took more than 8 hours in rainy weather, including 2 trips for truck . The unloading place was completely dugged up and water and mud was everywhere. Movers still managed to finish the job that day.

The quote conditions for moving and cleaning was read,signed and submitted by you. Thatswhy that price came to you.

Your house was at hill more than 100 meters away from the truck and place was uneven and inclined.
