Really nice guys and handled all our gear with care. Unfortunately we had to wait 4 hours each day for them to arrive and couldn't reach them over the phone when called, which was a huge inconvenience for us as event organisers.

Efficient, friendly and careful movers, Craig and Andrew did an excellent removal job from our apartment in Auckland all the way to Lower Hutt !
I'd recommend using these guys again without hesitation.

These guys are the best movers I have ever had, no request was too big or too small, both very fit and strong and took great care with all of my items, also very pleasant to talk to, they will be my first port of call if I ever move again.

Matt and Andrew did a great job moving our stuff and were cheerful and friendly throughout. Great work.
My only negative feedback is on the communication of pick up timing as Go Removals wanted to start at 7:30am , and we negotiated an 8am start. The movers didn’t show up until 10:30am, which meant we had a stressful rush to get ready in the morning that wasn’t necessary. Quite a frustrating experience that could have been avoided with a phone call to let us know that they are coming later instead of us having to ring around and find out what was happening on top of everything else.

The move itself was good, the guys were pleasant and took care to pack things well. Despite the sweltering heat they kept going and did a great job.

Craig was very efficient and kept in touch. The timing for pick up changed but this is pre-Xmas and a lot is going on. The china cabinet was still delivered on the planned date safe and sound. Craig's communication is excellent and Matt the driver was helpful and careful with loading etc.

We’re very pleased with the moving job Go Removals provided. Great communication and 2 very lovely, strong young men who took great care with our belongings. It was a hot day and they rocked it! Thanks heaps. 😊
