Amazing service

I've been blown away by Patrick's Northland Vehicle Transport. I just experienced a level of customer service I rarely see here in New Zealand.

These guys are exceptional. In the last minute I had to potentially change delivery date. Patrick said no problem, we can do that and give you a new date and it would be a week or two from now, and he'll confirm. He'd have to unload the transporter because it was third car in. As I worked through the options I kept the same and gave them a new delivery address to a friends place. They handled it all smoothly and easily.

I won't bother shopping around next time - these guys will be the default choice! Patrick is a nice guy who runs a seriously professional organisation with excellent communication, top-notch equipment and first rate customer service. When I wasn't available to meet him at the drop off, he even helped my wife (who is blind) move another car around. Absolutely superb company.

I thought the communication was excellent,
Disappointing they couldn’t deliver by the garage, but the driver was concerned about potentially damaging his truck. Explained his reasons and I had to agree the risk wasn’t worth it. Thankyou, I would highly recommend this company.
