The van was just barely large enough for the armoire. It went in at an angle and came out with a thump on the ground. A larger vehicle should have been used.
The guys were also unaware that they would be moving the armoire up one flight of stairs and that they would be bringing a much smaller, but very heavy mini armoire down the stairs. They did the job and did it well, but I think they were a little taken aback by the stairs and the need to move a second piece down the stares.

Requested delivery for a specific date and time. Unfortunately, the timing kept being pushed back. First by 4 hours, then another 2 hours, and collection still occurred 2 hours later than that. Communication throughout was okay, and the items did arrive in perfect condition. Care taken with the goods was excellent, but punctuality was poor. I’d recommend only if you’re not working to a strict schedule..
