We had two cats couriered from Tauranga to Auckland and the team were incredible from start to finish. They handled everything with such care and professionalism — keeping us updated along the way and making sure our cats were safe, calm, and comfortable the entire trip. You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about animals. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend to anyone needing pet transport! 🐾💖
