Nice guy. Was running late but communicated well. Unfortunately didn’t come close to fitting our items into his van even though I had itemised everything. Ended up with items in my car and we ended up having to take the last item by our own trailer which we didn’t want to do and was the reason we hired an external mover in the first place.

It wasn't the best of moves. Driver got instructions wrong. Late collection and delivery. Slight damage done to bed base as van was not suitable for the purpose sought. After all my happy experiences with moves through this website this was very disappointing. No offer in reduction of delivery fee by way of compensation.
