The delivery of the goods was fine. We agreed to a higher price for quick delivery, but it took much longer to arrive that originally agreed, causing stress. I took time off for the delivery day to be at home, but they arrived earlier that they said that they would so I was not home, and there are two pieces missing from the chair and I have not been able to assertain why. Communication was slow and delivery date kept changing.

However, you accepted the quote the following day and as we were heading to the south, we had to include your delivery in our next run. It takes us one week to deliver after pickup, as discussed over the phone. Additionally, please contact the seller on Trade Me regarding your missing part.
