Please tell a truthful story about your experience buying items from Trade Me. The seller hid the true condition of the bookshelf, making you believe it was in better state than it was. When you went to pick it up, it had many marks on it, which the seller claimed you were already aware of, and now they are blaming us.

Secondly, please explain what actions you took when you accepted two quotes for the same job simultaneously. You accepted both quotes - one for $330 and another for $199. Consequently, we paid two commissions to Wise Move, totalling $60, yet you stated you would only pay $199. Despite our agreement to cancel one job, we still incurred the cost of two commissions.

This job is significantly underquoted at $199 for 197km, but we are still trying to make you happy. However, rather than expressing gratitude, you have given us several negative reviews. It seems like you might have done this intentionally, perhaps due to affiliation with a competitor. Please show respect for the people who work for you.
