I would NOT recommend this company. Disrespectful customer service, and did not take proper care of my brand new bed which led it to get damaged.
Upon arrival the base of my bed and the mattress itself was on its side, loose in the back of the truck. After inspection the base and mattress was ripped. My drawers had also been taped shut poorly, to which I asked “who taped them?” The movers responded by saying it was the person they picked it up from which was not true.
After reaching out and letting them know I was not happy, they blamed me for the damage, told me that their staff does not lie (about the drawers) and then ghosted me after saying they would issue me a refund.
I’ve been trying to get a response from them and still no luck.
Save your money and the stress, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

Thanks for the feedback which was pretty harsh, Apologies regarding the bed; you requested us to keep it for a week after pickup since you were waiting for the key to your flat. We helped you out, and our communication from pickup to delivery was 100%. We offered a new bed to you from our storage, but you did not want it.
Your drawer was full of items inside, which made it very heavy and extremely fragile and breakable in transit. We wanted to strap the drawer, thus your mum was present during pickup and suggested taping it instead. During a phone conversation with your mum prior to pickup, we did mention her to empty the drawer as they are highly fragile (this is also mentioned on the site before you accepted our quote), i would suggest for future moves ensure drawers/tallboys are all fully emptied and easier for movers to carry, unloading and loading which
all the comms we had suggested you only wanted a refund back
