Incredible service, we have absolutely zero complaints. They took such amazing care of our puppy, kept him happy and comfortable. Whenever he had a mess, he was cleaned up so quickly. PetBus were constantly checking in on him and giving him cuddles, we HIGHLY recommend PetBus to other pet parents. 10/10 service. THANK YOU petbus!

Thank you so much. What a smooth experience, took a lot of my stress away when I didn't want to throw my cat on a plane. Only downfall was no matter what I couldn't see where the bus was on the tracker page/map so I gave up with that.
Appreciated the clear instructions and reminder texts also. Would definitely book again but here's hoping I never have to move a companion animal long distance again anyway! Thanks again for bringing my kitty 🐈 home safely. 🤗

Excellent care of my pet and prompt communication, the lady on the bus was very kind too, the tracker is also a great tool. Minor issue with meeting time changing by an hour and 20 mins earlier with notice the 2 days before, otherwise all good and would use again.
