Didn't start great. The linehaul guy told me it could be done a particular week, then the booking people did it for the following week. I intervened and it was corrected. I informed them that the pickup couldn't be Friday 3 times yet they kept on trying to organize on a Friday.
On the day of pickup I had to call then at the end of the day to check the status and that's when they told me it would probably need to be picked up another day. That was fine as the weather was bad but it could have been communicated as people were waiting at home for them.
They are reluctant to give a time slot for pickup, you would think it could be planned.
The only good communication is from the drivers. Both pickup and delivery were great on the phone and although delivery was a few hours later than they said, it wasn't a big issue.
There was a dirty hand mark on a seat which I didn't see before, but it may not have been them.
There was writing on the windscreen (presumably them for records), would have been courteous for them to remove that on delivery too.
