The PF team were great to deal with from their very first messages and clear communication. On the moving day they turned up on time with very efficient and professional movers with all sorts of equipment (and they helped us do things like drain the washing machine). They worked quickly and packed the truck well so that we only needed one load and the payment was as quoted (payment was at completion). Excellent service - thanks guys :)

They offered a price and stuck to that price. No hidden fees. They had no issue dismantling my machine and putting it back together at the new place. 5/5 rating. Even drove me back with them so I didn’t need to take a bus. It’s the small things that count ;)

Josh and his coworker appeared in time and gave a courtesy call to confirm their arrival. They were very careful with the items. Really nice and friendly. Helped with all the items I had, even though I was still packing last bits on the day. I highly recommend this service. All together my whole household was packed and moved in 4,5 hrs. Which made move smooth and stress free!
