The only thing was I felt I needed to reach out a couple days before just to confirm. I like getting a couple confirmations so even though it was confirm when I selected them throigh Wise Moves, I wanted a contact a couple days before for peace of mind. But they responded quickly confirming.

We had previously engaged this moving company for another relocation and were satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, this recent experience was disappointing and proved to be a costly mistake. The movers were communicative, and the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Although minor scratches and a small chip occurred on the laminate flooring, the major issue was the sustained multiple dents on the front panels of our new fridge. While the movers had covered the appliance with a cloth during transport, it appears to have been damaged in the truck, possibly from contact with heavier items such as metal hooks. We raised the issue with the movers at the time, but they collected payment and departed without further acknowledgment. We are disappointed with this outcome and are unlikely to engage their services again.

The best and easiest move I've ever had, these guys were efficient and took care of everything, I didnt need to lift anything! I felt like I was not of much use until the other side when I could confirm upstairs or down. These two were strong and professional. They took amazing care of my items and even plugged in my fridge and told me to wait 2 hours before turning it on which I wouldnt have known without them. They even attached the hoses of my washing machine which I was really dreading doing!
I even ended up with extra boxes last minute when the other renter left everything behind but they were able to accommodate that too.
When my bed wouldn't fit up the stairs I can tell you that it wasn't anything they did, they gave it their best effort and I have no regrets.
Words cannot express how glad I am for choosing PF Moving and would recommend to anyone else to book through them as well.

This was the best move I've ever had! The team were professional and fast, and they took great care of my belongings. The guys were very impressive with how clean and tidy the were as well, making sure not to damage any doors or walls in the apartment buildings shared spaces. I am so impressed and would happily recommend PF moving to anyone. Thank you for a great job!
