The PF Moving guys turned up early. They had to navigate a difficult driveway and the access to the goods were up 2 flights of stairs. Quite a tricky job, but they did the whole job quickly and effeciently with a smile on their face the whole time. They double checked everything was gone and were basically absolute legends. The price was outstanding. Could not recommend PF Moving more.

The only thing was I felt I needed to reach out a couple days before just to confirm. I like getting a couple confirmations so even though it was confirm when I selected them throigh Wise Moves, I wanted a contact a couple days before for peace of mind. But they responded quickly confirming.

We had previously engaged this moving company for another relocation and were satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, this recent experience was disappointing and proved to be a costly mistake. The movers were communicative, and the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Although minor scratches and a small chip occurred on the laminate flooring, the major issue was the sustained multiple dents on the front panels of our new fridge. While the movers had covered the appliance with a cloth during transport, it appears to have been damaged in the truck, possibly from contact with heavier items such as metal hooks. We raised the issue with the movers at the time, but they collected payment and departed without further acknowledgment. We are disappointed with this outcome and are unlikely to engage their services again.
