Original quote was $350. I called to ask them if they understood the task at hand "yes". Advised it was a Grand Piano, "oh I didn't know" despite model and dimensions listed plus weight. Asked for at least 3 people, confirmed for 3 people. Clearly and thoroughly explained each step of the moving process and asked for new quote, asked for confirmation and received confirmation that they have insurance and also will help assemble the piano once moved. New quote revised to $500 which was accepted. Get text day before move to say they'll arrive between 12pm - 1pm. Didn't arrive until 3:30pm and had to make emergency arrangements as vendor was heading overseas. No communication until I called at 2:30pm. Called me at 4:00pm to ask how many stairs at delivery location, despite photos and description already provided. Confirmed 3. They show up with two movers, have a look and confirm they can't do the work. They will either charge me more for to bring a third mover (despite already agreeing in the quote it was for three movers) or require my help to move. In the end I agreed to be the third man. They made excuses and tried to gaslight me the whole time into thinking it's my fault the quote was wrong. Won't do the job unless I paid on the spot (again not mentioned anywhere before hand). Whilst moving, they dropped the piano (an expensive antique) against the fence damaging both, was very nonchalant about it. Once moved, they assembled the piano, but could not assemble the pedals, was told they're not the experts and left accordingly. Left rubbish in the house. Didn't finish until past 6:00pm. Worst part is that they kept trying to gaslight me. They said I had too many stairs pointing at the front entrance, when my listing instructions were to move through the back entrance which I took photos of. Then they said two people is not enough, despite me calling them to confirm an increase in the quote for 3 people. No offer to repair any damage or compensate for the lack of manpower requiring me to be a part of their moving team.

We were able to book our move with these guys very much last minute. Everything went so smoothly. They showed up early, nothing was a problem, their manners and professionalism was impeccable. They worked hard! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you guys - you truly were fantastic!

1 hour ahead of the agreed time and wanted to get the job done as quick as possible. Did not really know how to move my bed (this has not been an issue with other movers in the past). Small things like measuring my door frame to see if the bed would fit got comments like 'this is not my job'.

Affordable, so I got what I paid for but will not use them again. It caused me a lot of stress.

Great people, very polite and cared for items while being highly efficient. Only downside was not removing shoes inside the house for safety reasons which we could not argue about.

10/10 - the guys were in on short notice, communication was top tier, and they delivered without any hiccups. They moved a 3m x 2m HEAVY wooden display piece from level 2 at Westfield Newmarket with ease. Highly recommend and will be no doubt work with this team again! Thanks Right Choice :)

10/10!! Every single thing I had was moved with such care. They were on time, communicated well before hand and upon arrival. They had the right equipment to move my entire house. Pricing was on the spot the same as quoted too. 100% recommend using them!

It wasn't clear payment was immediate (I anticipated getting home and paying online. but was able to access atm and pay cash.) Guys were fast and careful and cheerful.
