We were contacted quickly and appreciated flexibility when we needed to delay move by a few hours. The 2 men were excellent, particularly in the way they managed to fit everything into our staorage unit. We will be keen to use them again. many thanks for gret service. Mike and Ruth

Didn’t end up moving all of our furniture because they didn’t bring a big enough truck. I had to hire another truck through a different company on my own, pay last minute rates to get the rest of my furniture to my new house.

Guys were friendly and efficient, despite the late start due to staff absence. Unfortunately the practice of lobbing smaller boxes up on top towards the end came a cropper as one fell back down and broke 8 crockery items, which I heard from inside but the guys didn't own up to. Disappointing! Broken desk leg and upstand light didn't help either. A bit more care is required, and a step stool would help with lifting small boxes to fill spaces. Thanks, overall an ok job.

Not terribly impressed. They were late, which itself was beyond their control, but they did not let me know. They suggested that the piano was not on the list and that Ineeded to pay extra. The piano was definitely on the list. They asked for extra payments because apparently they went over the time limit, even though a time limit was never discussed. Several items were broken. They left several items behind that were described as 'a few bits of wood', but turned out to be a vacuum cleaner, gas cylinder, cabinet doors, various boxes and an assortment of other items. Can't say I was too charmed by the constant burping either, although that didn't necessarily affect their work
