The caravan arrived later than expected due to delays, and the transport wasn’t carried out exactly as originally explained. Communication was generally okay, but expectations could have been clearer from the start.

That said, they did take responsibility and provided a refund, which I appreciated. The caravan arrived safely and was handled with care, and overall they were professional in resolving the issue once raised.
