Sorry for the long delay in leaving a review; I've been so busy with the move these past few days. The team was fantastic, with excellent communication skills. Although there was a small mishap, it was resolved very well. With their help, the move went very smoothly. They took great care to protect the furniture during the move and ensured everything was moved to its designated location. I think if I have the opportunity again, I will definitely choose Sweet as mover again.

We truly appreciate it.I was just a little surprised with the 8/10 ratings for punctuality and care of goods, as I genuinely tried our best to provide a smooth and careful service throughout the whole process.
As soon as you accepted our quote, I immediately called to arrange the collection, and there wasn’t a specific timeframe provided for us to follow. I also kept you updated every step of the way during both collection and delivery to make sure you were informed throughout the process.
Regarding the care of goods, your item remained securely boxed from pickup through to delivery. It was also the only item transported in the truck at the time, so I made sure it was handled and transported with extra care.
That said, I still appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service moving forward. Thank you again for choosing us and supporting our small business.
