I found Swift lived up to their name. This is a new system to me, being of older years. I found contact very friendly and we were kept up to date with delivery timings. Thank you very much for completing this job for us.

Great moving experience

They were outstanding. The guys moved so fast, even up 3 flights of stairs. I ended up having a few extra items which was no problem, Just paid a little extra. Would highly recommend using this company

The movers were punctual and worked efficiently, showing good care for my furniture. However, at no stage in the communication was I asked whether the house had stairs, nor did the company indicate that there would be an additional charge added for stairs.

Very efficient and great communication, but did find some significant scrapes on my larger pieces after the movers had left.

I could not be happier with the service from this company. It felt like a risk engaging them to deliver my piano as they had fewer reviews than others but out of the three moving companies that delivered goods for me in January. (just moved countries) they were easily the best.

Highlights for me were:

- Consistently prompt, professional and friendly communication.

- I asked for the move to happen at a specific date and time, and it did. The movers were on time and ready to go, no excuses needed.

- They took great care of the piano, including when I wasn't there to see - I looked in the truck when it arrived and it was fully wrapped in blankets before being tied down.

I'll never move with anyone else.

Really good movers!

Sadly not a great experience for us with Swift Movers.
We had a 4 bedroom house to move. I reached out to Swift movers (before confirming) to check how many movers would do it. They assured me it was 3. On the day only 2 could make it (one had sore legs) and it was such a big job for 2 people. They weren’t careful with our furniture and when they dropped a shelving unit and pieces came off he said ‘oh well’.
In the end they didn’t even move everything and we had to finish it. They put the furniture in the house and boxes into the garage. They said they would sort the boxes into rooms- but they didn’t and we found heavy boxes on top of clearly marked fragile boxes.

Maybe this company can handle small moves, but certainly not a big one in our experience.

The truck was too small and no solutions were offered for the remaining items.
The information I submitted was for a 2 bedroom house, not apartment.
The two men delivering were brilliant
