Over all move went well but showed the driver damage to the mirrored dresser, smashed at the bottom. And wood cabinet, must have been banged hard as back of draw split.

SwiftNZ Movers were 4 hours late (booked 11.30am, they turned up at 3.30pm). I booked for 3 men and a truck at 11.30am, only 2 men and a truck turned up at 3.30pm. Another man turned up at about 3 hours later). Once the move happened it was OK but the men did not take the boxes to the places instructed, they just dumped them all in the garage and left.
There was a major problem with Wise Move - despite having the correct full list of things to move they only sent half the list out to quote for the job - but I did not know that - so there was a disagreement of the goods to move and the price once the movers arrived. This was caused by Wise move , not SwiftNZ so I would not use them under any circumstances. They do not have a contact number or address - only an email. They did not accept any responsibility and have ignored my communication. An appalling business with no service. I would not recommend anyone use them - you have been warned.

Not particularly great on pricing, they did the job well but jumped in with extra costs beyond what we were expecting. Not unreasonable but to be aware of.

Very polite and productive. Would use the WiseMove community again.

They did a great job, got there on time and quickly sorted out everything smoothy. Highly recommend.

Our refrigerator was a large unwieldy 608L unit. The Swift NZ Mover team arrived on short notice and remained professional throughout a difficult job. Very pleased. We know who to call next time!

Harmandeep was great at communicating yo arrange the pick up and delivery. He was flexible and worked with our schedule.
He arrived when agreed and treated the furniture carefully.
