Toby was friendly, professional and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. His mate was also great and followed all our instructions carefully.

Toby went multiple trips without any complaints and he never rushed the job. He made sure everything was handled properly and took extra care with all of our belongings. We really appreciated how thoughtful he was when he even placed items he felt were especially valuable in the passenger seat instead of the back of the truck for added safety.

Excellent communication, punctuality and professionalism. Difficult move in an old house, up two flights of stairs - unfortunately 2 items were damaged during the move but repairs and compensation were offered for both.

Toby is epic. We had a few older items in a storage unit that needed disposing of as none of the whānau wanted it. He texted me immediately to confirm all of the details of the booking, he was early for the arrival time and was very communicative. The quote was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Toby and Rakena are an awesome team. I am so glad I went with them. Lovely, respectful people and nothing was too much trouble. Mine was a 2 level, 3 bedroom move, with all the heavy items upstairs. They had me done and dusted by mid afternoon. Toby was awesome with his strategic packing in my storage unit. I will be using them again when I move my gear out of the storage unit into my next home. I definitely recommend this professional team.
