Hold on. Photos at delivery suggest bike was undamaged. We have carted literally over a hundred bikes like this and this is maybe first, or perhaps second time someone has mentioned an issue with a foot peg. It’s important to note no reference to damage was made by client when discussing redelivery of items that were misdirected in Wisemove communication which leads me to believe this is a little sus. If I had my bike broken I’d be contacting the transporter.
This brings me to my next point…..
If you don’t provide photos or even mention additional items like say…I don’t know… 12 motorbike tires…. Naturally there is a higher risk that those undeclared items might get misdirected, and even then… this issue was fixed in 48 hours.
But sure, if you are unhappy with our service, use a specialist carrier and pay the premium price a dedicated carrier brings…
