Hi Matt. Sorry you feel that you have had to leave such a negative review which I feel is unwarranted and is officially the worst out of the 800 positive reviews that we have had on WiseMove over the past 7 years. We don’t use enclosed trailers or trucks as you stated but uses large Mercedes Vans which your bike was collected and delivered in. Yes we do have to move and relocate bikes in and out of these vans on occasion depending on size & loads and sometimes weather can be problematic at these times and yes if a bike is stored for a week they can get dusty too. We went out of the way to make this delivery work for you at the very last minute to meet your strict time demands and we collected and delivered on time as mentioned before you confirmed this delivery with us. All during one of the worst weeks regarding ferry cancelations in years when many other motorcycle transport firms were cancelling jobs on WiseMove – I know this as I picked some of these cancelled jobs dues to experience, foresight and good timing which was very lucky. Between us we had more almost 50 text’s, email and phone calls about this particular delivery which is EXTREME to say the least when just a handful is normally sufficient though I should have read the signs early on when you were confused why your bike wouldn’t be delivered overnight from Nelson to North Auckland. Almost 20 years delivering motorcycle around the country you get a feeling for some jobs I guess. On delivery of your bike our driver said that even though you had been drinking you mentioned no issues with the condition of the bike which was great to hear. I’m sorry that you feel that your bike was not as clean as it should have been but I have sent you photos of how dirty the wheels and other parts of the bike were on pick up. I did notice the use of silicone on the bike which does normally attract a lot of dust and dirt if excessively used especially on black paint. Sometimes people have different expectations of what “clean” or “Mint” is I hope you would agree. Sorry again for your poor experience with this delivery, but your bike was collected and delivered on time with ample communication and does not warrant your low feedback. I hope you can see this and will correct it but understand if you don’t want to use our services and respect this decision. All the best with your new Yamaha. Regards Jason
