Thanks Gurmeet for your review. I'm surprised and disappointed that you have marked us down so low on punctuality? On booking planned to collect that very Friday for the purchaser for delivery early the following week. Last minute you said that you were going out that day and that can we collect another day. So that meant the receiver had to wait till the following Friday for us to collect it or an extra one weeks delay. We did then collect that Friday as planned and on time. As Gisborne is not a set run and out of the way I informed the receiver that it will be when our driver next went through. Which was a week and a half later which is what is in these circumstances. If the initial pick up delay did not happen then things would have been fine. I'm also unsure what you had promised the receiver regarding timeline since your were arranging the delivery.
