I do agree that our communication could have been better with this delivery and I apologize for that though a score of 2 is a bit low for the 30+ individual contact between us. It was unfortunate that we could not collect on the planned evening or the following day which then lead to the delayed delivery of your Honda. Sometimes the end we are collecting from are not that helpful and I thinking by the collection of your bike the following week that the seller was in fact still using the bike for his work transport which lead to the delay and inconvenience that we both suffered. Unfortunate but sometime these things to occur. Hope you enjoyed the bike when you eventually received it and the rear motorcycle stand that you failed to mentioned and that we delivered down to your at no extra charge. Have a nice day. Hi Sam Thanks for your review but am a bit puzzled on your low score for our services as neither you or your father on drop off mentioned anything off the sorts. Maybe we should be able to able to leave feedback on jobs where details have to left out like the vehicle has been crashed and has extra lose times that need extra handling etc. The Vehicle was collect and delivered on time as quoted and in the same condition. What a disappointing review to receive but not to be unexpected from today modern youth. Quoted on the 17th Nov then confirmed out of the blue weeks later without checking or asking for any updates which he would have been told that that run had been filled and brought forward a weeks so everyone could received their motorcycles quicker. We then placed on his request a 15K bike on our open trailer so his $500 "project" that was stinking of old fuel inside the van as he was worried that all the zip ties might break off . Multiple texts to his Dad, himself and via WiseMove 50+ in total and then was too busy to be there on delivery with 12 days advance notice, the previous day notice and 30 min pre-notice of delivery but which is fine with us. Bad review like Matte's out of our 300+ reviews are a rarity and speak for themselves. Wishing you all the best for your bike project its a big one, and your university studies going forward.
