Really disappointing experience with this moving company.

From the moment they arrived, the team seemed rushed and careless. They broke our wooden cupboard but didn’t inform us at all. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. As we started unpacking, we found several items damaged and when our belongings were put into storage, everything was just dumped without any care or organization.

On a positive note, Vijay (the owner) was friendly and communicated well throughout the process. It’s just a shame that the team on the ground didn’t reflect the same level of professionalism or respect for our belongings.

Overall, not the level of service we expected.

These guys were so amazing moving from my large house in Rotorua to a storage unit in Auckland.
They arrived early, got stuck in and packed the trucks, which was a mission due to load. They gave me good advice on my pre-arranged storage unit and brought all my goods up and stored them safely.

From start to finish -booking, comms on what time, arriving, professional, very courteous, handling furniture extremely well to ensuring everything went where you wanted it - these guys are tops. You wont go wrong. They are pure machines.

Very happy to use this carrier. Communication was great, very easy to work with and what a great cheerful team. They moved my piano with ease and delivered it to its new home quickly. I would highly recommend them and they also came back for the piano seat which I didn’t realise was included.
