VJ and the team were fantastic - they helped me with a long distance move out of Auckland, and delivered great value for money. Truck was well set up, and the team were professional in handling all my household goods. Only comment was that given it was a long move, would have been good to have more frequent updates through the day. I had to ask a couple of times to get an ETA for arrival at destination. However VJ was very prompt with communication prior to loading etc.

VJ and team were amazing. Gave up updates and turned up on time. They were equipped with all the gears tht was needed to make the move smooth. Amazing work, not a single scratches with out furniture and big fridge. Handled the move very professionally. Team were very friendly and approachable. Thank you again for helping us move from Auckland to Rotorua and making it a breeze. Highly recommend and would use them in future.

VJ and his team friendly and efficient. Even with some mechanical issues, communicated well & you can’t help when mechanical issues arise but it was dealt with promptly & with an apology.

I wish that I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, for all of the criteria! Top Movers were stellar in communicating both with me and the pick up person even though this was a last minute booking. As for punctuality, they promised delivery at 9am and arrived right on the dot. They are exceptionally professional and my item arrived in perfect condition.

This was a single item delivery and they took the same care that I associate with the big, high profit jobs. I heartily recommend Top Movers.

Sadly the guys were an hour and a half late and the person meeting them had already left to go to the property so he had to wait around which was a bit annoying. Otherwise they were friendly, fast and efficient with the move. Just need to be better at being punctual

Prompt quote and great communication.
Top Movers were able to move our piano from Auckland to rural Northland within a couple of days.
Price was much lower than other quotes.
Movers were very friendly and helpful to find a way to get the piano around the house and into the room we wanted when it didn’t fit through the narrow hallway.
