Traxx took excellent care of the motorcycle and pick-up/delivery was on the same day despite the long distance. Ra was super friendly and drop off was a breeze. Their prices are also very competitive and they offer a good quality service; they know their stuff. Some areas for improvement - proactive communications and follow-ups with buyer/seller to ensure everything is on time and scheduled, and punctuality is meeting scheduled times or communicating any delays early. But on the whole, they were easy to deal with, responsive when contacted, and I was very happy with their service and will use them again in the future.

Great experience. They picked up the bike in Christchurch on Monday, sent me photos when collecting. The bike was dropped the following day with plenty of communication in between. The bike was transported in a secured purpose-built van out of the element. Friendly guy too :)
