Ra was an excellent communicator and made a huge effort to get the job done. I had a complication with the bike pickup because it wasnt running (should have been) and Ra dropped it back at the workshop for last minute repair (new battery) before heading North to destination. Was also surprised that delivery to a rural address wasn't extra. So thumbs up to Traxx, Ra and Leona for making it happen.
