We opted for the flexible pickup/delivery so it was a little while before the bike arrived. Bike and box of parts arrived undamaged. And arrived at the time given so happy as with the service and would recommend them.

A pleasure to deal with. Communication was great, the guys were there when they said they would be and very professional. I probably wouldn't require their services in the future as this may only be a once-off motorcycle move, but I would definitely use them again should I need to, and highly recommend others do too.

Apart from initial contact, sender had no updates about pick up and I (as purchaser) had to intervene to encourage dialogue so we could plan our days.

Hi Chris as advised in my confirmation email that we call the day before the pickup side and the day before the delivery side. When you phoned two days before the pick up we did call as you requested and the new owner was absolutely fine and didn't want the scooter till Monday. This relocation went to plan and was completed in the expected time frame.
