Professionalism is most visible when something goes wrong and how that is dealt with. It was a small thing that went wrong but how it was dealt with was defensive and blamed me from the get go - which raised my stress levels. From that point on it was a very condescending approach to me. It had all started out so well, it was sad it ended as it did.

It was disheartening and unfair to read your review. The lady claimed she couldn’t find two small kitchen boxes after the move. However, we checked our cabin camera, and it clearly shows that our truck was empty. You were present and inspected everything before making the payment. Additionally, your CCTV camera is facing the truck where we unloaded, and it didn’t show anything being left behind. After receiving your claim, I came to see you right away and brought some pizzas to help ease your stress. The next day, you mentioned wanting to file a claim with our insurance. We were happy to assist, but you were unable to provide any evidence to support your claim.
We take all customer concerns seriously, but in this case, the evidence simply does not support the claim. It’s unfortunate that despite our good faith efforts—including visiting you in person and offering pizzas—the situation has led to a negative review. We stand by the quality of our service and are always willing to address genuine issues, but we expect fairness and cooperation from our customers as well.
