5 star services! Joe and his team are very professional, friendly and efficiency, take extra care of my belongings. It only takes 2.5 hours to complete the move from Pukekohe to Manukau. They even proactively help us to install the bed legs and put the bed together. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs moving service. Thanks guys !

The team arrived on time. They are professional, except 2 things that they don’t get my 5 stars:
1. For large TV, they carried it and put on flat instead of up stand.
2. They planned to charge for 1 seat sofa and several small boxes which are not in the list. Luckily I already talked to this change (big table tennis no longer included instead).

First of all, this was a move from Hamilton to Auckland, when we arrived in Hamilton, client put on extra items which exceed planed size of truck, that’s really a bad surprise.
Secondly , all furnitures covered with thick blankets, TV wrap with blankets and put on flat is safer then standing with its side! Thats common sense!
Finally we took extra items you added and NO extra charge with all items safely moved into your new house.
You should learn to appreciate especially in NZ.
