Could have used a bit more communication up front asking about how long I’d lived in the property etc as the truck that arrived was too small to move all my contents which caused some issues on the day.
The movers on the day were great.

Hi Mike, the job requested 11-14 cube of items and we quoted and used 25m3 truck to undertake the job. We did fill up whole truck taking extra items without changing the quote.
