Highly recommend Naidu and his team from Wise Move. I moved from Hamilton to Auckland and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They disassembled and reassembled my bed frame, and took exceptional care with my white mattress and bed frame, everything was well protected and handled with so much care. Naidu was professional, efficient, and very respectful throughout. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.

Always replied promptly to my numerous messages before the moving date.😆 Kept in touch when they would be arriving to collect the furniture today, and how long it would take for them to arrive at the end destination. Friendly and polite guys.

Trademe pickup - Absolutely excellent experience from the moment I confirmed the booking. I heard very promptly from Ashish to confirm and lock-in pickup and delivery at both points. Great communication throughout and delivery when specified. Clear to see why their rating is so high. Hope to be able to use again when I need a freight delivery.
