Naidu was a Super Communicator! I gave the wrong unit number for the pickup address but we were able to figure that out easily with a Facetime video call. He also sent progress photos during the move which I appreciated. It was a celebration when they arrived to drop things off. 10/10 !!!!

Highly recommend Naidu and his team from Wise Move. I moved from Hamilton to Auckland and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They disassembled and reassembled my bed frame, and took exceptional care with my white mattress and bed frame, everything was well protected and handled with so much care. Naidu was professional, efficient, and very respectful throughout. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.
