Hi. I don't understand. Care of goods marked down when it is delivered in the same state as collection.
Communication, you knew exactly what I was doing and when.
Punctuality, I asked if delivery following morning would work and you agreed, if you desperately needed it the night before, please communicate such urgency.

Pitty about the review,
Punctuality I was on time for collection and delivery.
Care of goods, I was hired to transport the bike which was delivered with no problems, and I was then given a bag which turned up in exact same state.
Later find our there is also items stacked under the seat which was obviously not perfect fit as the seat came unlatched and I was accused of losing items that I was not advised that were even there.
