They advised they'd be later than the agreed upon time, and then was late to the new time. Small chips/damage was done to my dresser and computer legs. They trekked dirt into the carpet that we had to clean out. However the team was polite and overall did an okay job.

We’d like to clarify a few points to ensure an accurate reflection of the service provided. Your booking was scheduled within an 11:00–12:00 arrival window, and our team arrived at 12:15. While slightly outside this window, we proactively communicated the updated timing — there was not a second delay beyond this, as suggested.
We also provided an additional mover at no extra cost to help complete your move more efficiently, which has not been reflected in your review.
Regarding the condition of your items, the marks mentioned were minor surface scratches. No damage was raised with us during or after the move, so we were not given the opportunity to inspect or resolve this directly.
In terms of dirt tracked inside, you driveway was completely covered in loose dirt on the day. In such conditions, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure pathways are reasonably prepared. While our team takes care, some transfer of dirt can be unavoidable in these circumstances.
