The guys were on time, very efficient at packing up the truck and amazing at getting our piano and other furniture down a couple of tricky sets of steps. Highly recommend!

Fast and efficient

A bit of a late start by a few hours, but great communication from the team and they worked very fast to get the job done.

When they moved the fridge, it scratched the floor, but I told them it was fine because they had to carry it down from the second floor, which I know wasn’t an easy job.

However, I just noticed several scratches on my TV, and one of my wooden storage boxes has a broken wheel, so it no longer sits properly.

Overall, they were very helpful, and I really appreciate their hard work. I just wanted to let you know about the damage I found afterward.

Everything went well but guys were careless and left a piece of furniture behind and couldn’t find until it was handed into the venue the next day

Txt to say they were going to be an hour late. When they arrived they were very efficient & careful. Easy to work with. I needed them to take some extra bits. Easy going about this. I would use them again.

Great communication and friendly guys. Could have been more careful, and could have been more prepared with tools/equipment (tie downs/rope. knives). But some losses/damage to be expected with moving a whole lot of stuff. Appreciated that the guys disassembled and reassembled the bed and accepted cash to assemble two extra furniture parts. Overall good to work with and I'm satisfied.

Such lovely guys. Nothing was too much trouble. All done before midday. Would hire again for sure!
