1) Communication was hard work at times, as other people have attested to. Left hanging for days without updates. 2) Slight marked damage to side on delivery. 3) Someone HAD to assist with the removal of bike which was not stipulated - this could have been a problem. 4) It got here, but in future I would rather pay extra and have a better service. 5) Nice guy though.

Staff who attended excellent. Your website is awful and i nearly cancelled. It’s completely unreadable and too noisy -absolute disaster. Simplify it!!!! Are you in an office somewhere ? I suggest you get out with a person picking up my bike and also with me while i use the site. The service is so expensive nobody will use it often at all.
