1) Communication was hard work at times, as other people have attested to. Left hanging for days without updates. 2) Slight marked damage to side on delivery. 3) Someone HAD to assist with the removal of bike which was not stipulated - this could have been a problem. 4) It got here, but in future I would rather pay extra and have a better service. 5) Nice guy though.

Staff who attended excellent. Your website is awful and i nearly cancelled. It’s completely unreadable and too noisy -absolute disaster. Simplify it!!!! Are you in an office somewhere ? I suggest you get out with a person picking up my bike and also with me while i use the site. The service is so expensive nobody will use it often at all.

Darren has been amazing to rely on for transporting my mini bike. He let me store it for a night in his garage so I could drive home that night instead of paying for another night's stay. My request was fairly laat minute but Darren responded promptly, had always given me updates on the bike. He arrived at the time he provided and the bike had been secured very well. I would use Darren again if I need to transport another bike. Thanks again!
