All communications went smoothly from start to finish. Mark was amazing at explaining all the details, and he made sure everything went smoothly.
The car was picked up and dropped off on time, and the collection from the CHC was earlier, which was excellent.

I deducted one point from my rating because the driver disabled the dashcam and adjusted the steering wheel of the car (I noticed this while driving, which was annoying). Other than that, I highly recommend the company.
